Terms of Use / ব্যবহারের শর্তাবলী
These terms apply to the website and the Shikkhaloy mobile app of Al Jamiatul Islamia Baitul Karim (the "Institution"), which run on the Shikkhaloy education platform provided by Sysco United Ltd. ("Sysco United"). By using them you accept these terms.
এই শর্তাবলী Al Jamiatul Islamia Baitul Karim (“প্রতিষ্ঠান”)-এর ওয়েবসাইট ও শিক্ষালয় মোবাইল অ্যাপের জন্য প্রযোজ্য, যা সিসকো ইউনাইটেড লিমিটেড সরবরাহকৃত শিক্ষালয় (Shikkhaloy) প্ল্যাটফর্মে চলে। ব্যবহার করলে আপনি এই শর্তে সম্মত হচ্ছেন।
1. Acceptance of terms / শর্ত গ্রহণ
If you do not agree, please do not use the website or app. The Institution may change these terms; continued use means you accept the current version.
2. Accounts / অ্যাকাউন্ট
- Accounts are created by or with the approval of the Institution. Use only your own account.
- Keep your login ID and password private. You are responsible for what is done through your account.
- Tell the Institution immediately if your password is lost or misused.
3. User responsibilities / ব্যবহারকারীর দায়িত্ব
- Give correct information and keep it up to date.
- Do not try to access other users' or other institutions' data, to break or overload the service, or to upload harmful, unlawful or offensive content.
- Teachers and administrators must enter attendance, marks, notices and fees accurately and use student data only for school purposes.
4. Fees and online payments / ফি ও অনলাইন পেমেন্ট
Fees are set by the Institution. Online payments are processed by the payment provider you choose and are subject to that provider's terms. A payment counts as received only after it is confirmed. Refunds, if any, are decided by the Institution.
5. Intellectual property / মেধাস্বত্ব
The Shikkhaloy software, design and logos belong to Sysco United and its licensors. The Institution's name, logo, notices and records belong to the Institution. You may not copy, resell or reverse-engineer the software.
6. Availability / সেবার প্রাপ্যতা
We work to keep the service available, but it may be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control. Access may be limited or suspended by the Institution or, for licence reasons, by Sysco United.
7. Limitation of liability / দায় সীমাবদ্ধতা
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, neither the Institution nor Sysco United is liable for indirect loss, loss caused by wrong data entered by users, or interruptions beyond reasonable control. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Privacy / গোপনীয়তা
How personal information is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Termination / ব্যবহার বন্ধ
The Institution may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or when the student or staff member leaves.
10. Governing law and contact / প্রযোজ্য আইন ও যোগাযোগ
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
